Trent G. Moore

Trent joined Shamrock Real Estate Co. in February of 2008. He spent several years with the largest investment property brokerage firm in the nation. He and his business partner, James Simonson, represent buyers and sellers of all types of real estate investment and commercial properties, including multi-family apartment buildings, vacant land, office buildings, and NNN properties. Trent frequently handles 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, and is adept at ensuring his clients’ trades are completed smoothly.

In addition to his sales experience, Trent is an experienced real estate investor himself, and actively manages his own properties. He has also been involved in residential and mixed-use development both in San Francisco and on the Peninsula. He is well-qualified to guide clients through the often-confusing experience of selling, buying, owning, or developing property. In addition, he has a wealth of relationships and contacts in the industry from which his clients benefit.

In 2007, Trent was selected by the Menlo Park Fire District Board of Directors to be their Exclusive Real Property Negotiator. He continues to guide them in the acquisition of multiple property types throughout Menlo Park.

Trent received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley, and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2001. He and his wife and two sons live in San Francisco.
