Trent G. Moore

Trent is the Managing Broker of Shamrock Real Estate Company, Van Ness Office. Prior to joining Shamrock in 2008, Trent spent several successful years at Marcus & Millichap selling investment properties. He specializes in the sale of multi-family apartment buildings, vacant land, NNN properties, and office buildings. Trent is adept at handling 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, partial exchanges, loan assumption transactions and owner-financing sales.

In addition, Trent is well versed in municipal property transactions, including the California statutory requirements, CEQA compliance, and Bond financing. In 2007, Trent was selected by the Menlo Park Fire District Board of Directors as their Exclusive Real Property Negotiator. These transactions included the acquisition of a medical office building for conversion to administrative offices, multi-family property, and land for station expansion.

Trent earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley in 1994 and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco in 2001. Trent resides in San Francisco with his wife and two sons.
