Tom Kavanaugh

Tom has had his real estate license since 1974, and has been associated with Shamrock Realty since the opening of the office in 1976.

Tom handles both buyers and sellers, assisting his clients in transactions ranging from simple home sales, to the more complex multi-unit and 1031 Exchange transactions. He is extremely knowledgeable, and has may years of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry,

Tom hails from County Wexford in Ireland, and graduated from the University of Cork with a science degree. He is married with three sons, and has lived in San Francisco since 1973.
