Ray Steffen

Mr. Steffen has seven years real estate and finance experience in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has focused on a variety of product types including condos, TICs, land transactions, and single-family homes. For several years Mr. Steffen worked at Regional Land Company (RLC), a Bay Area brokerage and consulting firm focused on residential development. Mr. Steffen represented RLC’s public and private homebuilder clients through various stages of acquisitions and entitlement, including negotiation, due diligence, feasibility analysis, and planning approval. He also has worked in acquisitions for Trumark Companies, a Bay Area residential developer, and Barclays Global Investors, an asset management firm. In addition to his brokerage experience, Mr. Steffen is a project manager and principle of Bayside Homes, a real estate development company with several residential projects in San Francisco. He also has a background in construction.

Mr. Steffen graduated from the College of William and Mary in Virginia.
