Bryan Graves

Bryan has spent the past three years in real estate investment and finance, working on projects ranging in size and scope from renovations of single-family homes to large mixed-use developments. Upon graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Economics, Bryan returned home to the Bay Area, to analyze residential real estate investments with El Gavilan Investments, LP in Orinda, and to teach at his alma mater, Head-Royce School in Oakland. More recently, Bryan worked the past two years as a financial analyst in the Wells Fargo Real Estate Group, where he performed risk underwriting and project feasibility analysis for construction loans, lines of credit and mini-perm facilities for multi-family, office, retail, and industrial developments. Under Shamrock, Bryan focuses his sales efforts in the East Bay, centered in Oakland and Berkeley. He prides himself on his thorough market knowledge and commitment to detail. He is a past member of the Bay Area Mortgage Association and the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group.
